Currently, universities have announced their admissions criteria for the 2024 admissions season. Among these, the results of standardized test results (SAT, ACT) and English proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE Academic, etc.) are increasingly becoming a reliable measure of candidates' academic ability and readiness for university programs.

On August 29th, Ho Chi Minh City hosted the inaugural Early Childhood Education Development Connection Festival, attracting thousands of preschool teachers from across the city. During the event, EMG Education introduced the EMG EARLY YEARS ENGLISH MILESTONE TRACKER program – an English language familiarization assessment tool designed for preschool children.

Nearly 1,000 students from Ho Chi Minh City's Integrated English Program were awarded Pearson Edexcel International General Certificates during a ceremony on March 16th, recognizing their outstanding performance.

The Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) now recognizes the PEIC Level 2 as one of five newly approved English certifications, allowing students to be exempt from the foreign language exam for high school graduation.

On January 5, 2024, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Decision No. 93/QD-BGDDT recognizing the levels of the Pearson English International Certificate (PEIC) as equivalent to the levels of the Vietnam Six-Level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework (VFLPF).
