In Vietnam, ICDL is highly appreciated as an international program that meets the criteria for assessing IT skills in Vietnam. The Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam has assessed and recognized the ICDL exam as equivalent to the required content of the modules specified in Circular No. 03/2014/TT-BTTTT dated March 11, 2014 of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
