As part of Vietnam's official visit to the United States during the ASEAN–US Special Summit, on May 17, 2022, EMG Education and the University of California, Irvine signed a memorandum of understanding in San Francisco (USA) for comprehensive educational program collaboration. The cooperation agreement signed on May 17 between the University of California, Irvine (UCI), and EMG Education provides high school students with exciting learning opportunities to explore their potential and acquire valuable knowledge at one of the most prestigious research universities in the United States. The Memorandum of Understanding includes the following notable highlights:

• Program Scope: Implementation of a comprehensive academic program for high school students in Vietnam, with a focus on fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Biology, Medicine, and Machines (referred to as the BEAM program).
• Target Audience: Vietnamese high school students. Specifically, students will gain additional options for academic pathways, tailored to individual needs and aligned with future career requirements. Outstanding students enrolled in programs implemented and taught by EMG Education in Vietnam, including the Integrated English Program, will have the opportunity to receive scholarships to participate in university-level courses and scientific research. Successful completion of these courses will earn students certificate granted by UCI.
• Partner Institution: The Gifted and Talented Institute Global (GATI) at the University of California, Irvine.

GATI, an educational initiative of UCI, is dedicated to nurturing young talents worldwide. Through summer courses and year-round academic programs, GATI serves as a bridge to advanced scientific research opportunities under the guidance of leading professors. From these programs, students will acquire essential knowledge and skills to plan their educational journeys and make informed career choices even during their high school years.
