EMG Education was honored with the ICDL Premier Partner Award at the 2024 ICDL Asia Digital Literacy Day.
On November 26th and 27th, the ICDL Organization successfully hosted the 2024 ICDL Asia Digital Literacy Day at Multimedia University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This annual event aims to raise awareness of digital skills and serves as a platform for education administrators, IT professionals, and training service providers to share their expertise in applying digital skills and education across Asia. It also facilitates discussions on global trends in information technology.
Vietnamese delegation attends ICDL Digital Literacy Day in Malaysia
During the event, Mr. Damien O’Sullivan, CEO of ICDL, Ms. Orla Tunney, Irish Ambassador to Malaysia, and Mr. Tuan Fabian Bigar, Chief of Staff at Malaysia’s Ministry of Digital Transformation, presented the ICDL Premier Partner Award to EMG Education, a leading education organization in Vietnam.
The ICDL Premier Partner Award acknowledges the significant contributions of EMG Education in training and standardizing digital skills for students in Vietnam.
In addition, Ms. Le Thi Phuong, an IT teacher at Saigon Practical High School, was honored with the ICDL Educator Award, presented by the ICDL Foundation leadership and the Irish Ambassador to Malaysia.

Ms. Le Thi Phuong is a prime example of a computer science teacher working under Ho Chi Minh City's Project 762, a project focused on "Improving the capacity, knowledge, and IT application skills for general education students in Ho Chi Minh City according to international standards, for the period 2021-2030."
