Ho Chi Minh City leaders convened with 300 of the city's most exemplary union members on February 18th, recognizing their contributions and addressing critical worker concerns. Among those honored was EMG Education, whose union was lauded for its dedication to employee welfare and community engagement.

The meeting was attended by high-ranking city and national labor federation officials, including Comrade Phan Van Anh - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; Comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Ho Chi Minh City; Comrade Huynh Thanh Nhan - Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council; and Comrade Vo Khac Thai - Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation.

The meeting provided a vital platform for city leaders to understand and address the challenges faced by workers. Valid recommendations from the conference will inform Ho Chi Minh City's ongoing efforts to develop policies that safeguard workers' rights and enhance their quality of life.

As a result, the grassroots union of EMG Education Joint Stock Company has been recognized by the Labor Federation of District 1 for its outstanding achievements in the movement for skilled labor and the construction of a strong union over many years.
