As part of the Vietnam–United Kingdom High-Level Economic and Trade Forum held in London, the Memorandum of Understanding was signed in the presence of the Chairman of the National Assembly and senior members of the government and parliaments of both countries. Representatives from the leadership of these two prestigious educational organizations in Vietnam and the United Kingdom also met with National Assembly Chairman Vương Đình Huệ to affirm their desire and commitment to continue contributing to the overall development of Vietnam's education system.
